Translations and Adaptations
The Center for Accelerating Care Transformation (ACT Center) welcomes attributed use, translations, and adaptations of the ACIC, PACIC and PCMH-A for non-commercial purposes. When translating health care instruments and protocols from English, we recommend using the World Health Organization’s protocol described here.
